About UsWith a combined experience of over 40 years in dental technology, our lab is proudly founder-led and built on real, hands-on expertise.
Hayley (Director) has worked as a dental technician (GDC registered) for over 15 years. For nine of those years, she worked alongside leading Implant Dentist Dr David Guy at Guy’s Dental Education, based within a busy in-house dental laboratory. During this time, Hayley not only refined her technical skills to a high level but also became Dr Guy’s implant nurse. This unique dual role gave her invaluable clinical insight, particularly in implant dentistry, allowing her to fully understand the demands placed on both the dentist and the laboratory.
Mark brings over 20 years of experience in dental technology (GDC registered). He began his career as an apprentice in a crown and bridge laboratory and went on to run his own successful lab specialising in crown & bridge and prosthetics. Over the past 10 years, Mark has worked closely with dentists and laboratories as they transition into digital dentistry. Through direct collaboration with leading manufacturers, he became a certified trainer for 3Shape TRIOS, Implant Studio, Dental System, and inLab software. His depth of knowledge and practical approach help dentists confidently navigate the digital workflow. With this knowledge he can directly support clients that are entering the new world of digital dentisrty
